   WALL MAINTENANCE
It has been 10 years since the seawall construction was substantially completed.  As you should be aware any one who owns a lot is responsible for the maintenance of their sea wall.  Since your wall is connected to your neighbors wall it is imperative that everyone do their part in maintaining their section of wall. Please take time to inspect your wall.

What to look for:
  • The sod along your wall should be slightly above the concrete cap to allow for water to quickly flow over the wall. Click to see detail...
  • There should be no holes along the wall. Critter holes or sink holes.  See detail...
  • There should be no sprinkler heads next to walls. The covenants call for all sprinkler heads to be 15 ft back from the wall.
  • The should be no  holes in the wall itself if there are they should be patched with like material.
  • Any penetrations through the wall should be sealed tight.
  • Call Lake Manager before any improvements are done with in 10 feet of the wall.
